Stamp Museum
This is a museum that encourages the interest and appreciation of collecting stamps. It has the most extensive collection in Latin America, including the first stamp that the English postal service created in 1840, and the first Mexican stamp from 1856.
The collection exhibits have been gathered from private donations and centers of Mexican stamps with a good number of Oaxacan issues, but also has a good display of world stamps.
There is a postal service that collects mail everyday and a store that sells stamps, post cards and other philately collectibles.
The museum also organizes workshops, traveling exhibits and educational activities.
