Folk Art in Santa Cruz Xoxocotlan

This village is just southwest from the city en route to the large town of Zaachila. This is the home and workshop of very fine and traditional tinsmiths. Tin decorations are one of Oaxaca's famous crafts that make beautiful mirror frames, hanging stars, wall decorations, tin soldiers, nativity scenes, etc.
