Folk Art in Santa Cruz Xoxocotlan

This village is just southwest from the city in route to the large town of Zaachila. This is the home and workshop of very fine and traditional tin makers. Tin decorations are one of Oaxaca's famous crafts that make beautiful mirror frames, hanging stars, wall decorations, tin bands and soldiers, nativity scenes etc.
