Folk Art in Ejutla de Crespo

This is village in the southwestern valley in route to the large town of Miahuatlan. Families here make extraordinary cutlery items using scrap iron, steel, copper and bronze. Wonderful machetes, swords, hunting knives and decorative blades are made in traditional forges operated by old fashioned bellows.
